It's a tough market out there, so we can't afford to screw an interview. So many people work hard to secure the interview and they then relax. Here are the top 3 biggest mistakes I see people doing when landing an interview.
1. Not performing a deep research about the role.
With AI you can get a full detailed report in less than 5 minutes. You should know everything there is about the company and why they are hiring.
2. Not taking care of yourself. Chill, exercise, sleep...
You are probably going through a stressful period, so taking care of your health is a must to be able to perform as well as you can.
3. Not Practice. I can't stress this one enough.
The more you practice answering stories, out loud and, ideally, with a friend, the more natural and confident you will sounds. On top of it, it will be easier to remember actions you performed and the impact these had. Without practicing you will leave so much you've done unsaid.
